Flore Saint-Louis Weinstein-PhD (Managing Director)

Flore Saint-Louis Weinstein emigrated from Haiti in 1982 and has developed a distinguished career as a Manager and Administrator, serving in both the federal government and the non-profit sector. Her career is defined by a commitment to excellence and a strong foundation in leadership roles.

Flore’s educational achievements include a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Labor Relations from the New York Institute of Technology and a PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. Fluent in French, Haitian Creole, and English, she brings considerable expertise in translation and interpretation to her work.

At FAITH Language Services, Flore utilizes her multilingual abilities and appreciation for cultural and linguistic diversity to deliver exceptional language solutions. She is dedicated to tailoring each service to meet the unique needs of every client, consistently delivering results that demonstrate her nuanced understanding of client backgrounds and communication requirements.

Diomede Misigaro Richard (Assistant Director)

Originally from Burundi in Central Africa, Diomede emigrated to the United States in 1997. He is highly educated, holding two master’s degrees: an MBA from Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Senegal (1996), and a Master of Science (MS) from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), with a concentration in Project Management, class of 2009.

Diomede has devoted more than two decades to serving others through his work with Catholic Charities Refugee New American Program (NAP). Over the course of 22 years, he held roles including Case Manager, Team Leader, and Refugee Social Services Program Coordinator. His primary focus has always been on helping those in need become self-sufficient, making a meaningful difference in the lives of the people he serves. Activities such as translating, interpreting, and assisting those in need have had a significant impact on the community.

His professional background also includes extensive customer service experience. Diomede worked in the Customer Services Review Unit at the University of Tennessee (UT), Nashville for more than four years, and served as a Community Liaison at Metro Refugees Services for over three years. Additionally, he has experience as a high school math teacher and is a strong advocate for justice for all. His commitment to these principles was recognized with the Brotherhood Award from the National Conference for Community and Justice in 2000.

Diomede is fluent in multiple languages, including Kirundi, Swahili, Kinyarwanda, Kinyamulenge, Kinyabwishi, French, and English. Working for Faith Language Services allows him to continue his mission of serving others and giving his best to assist those in need, returning to the roots of his professional and personal journey.

Mathias Dusabe (Financial Officer)

Mathias Dusabe is a respected multilingual interpreter and translator with a broad range of experience in sectors such as healthcare, mental health, community outreach, social services, education, finance, and banking. He is proficient in spoken and written Kinyarwanda, Kirundi, Kinyamulenge, Kinyabwisha and French, with advanced English skills, enabling him to provide outstanding language services in varied professional environments.

Originally from Rwanda, Mathias earned a Bachelor of Arts in Foreign Languages and Literature from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), focusing on French and minoring in Social Welfare. He also holds diplomas in Management and Banking from the Institute of Postgraduate Management Studies (CESAG) in Senegal and the Center for Financial Assistance to African Countries (FINAFRICA) in Italy.

His career includes roles as Teacher, School Director, and Budget Officer for the Ministry of Finance in Rwanda, as well as positions at Regions Bank and Metro Nashville Public Schools after moving to the United States. Mathias’s commitment to community support is evident in his work with nonprofit organizations like World Relief and Catholic Charities. He continues to make a meaningful impact at FAITH Language Services by applying his language proficiency, organizational skills, and financial expertise.

NGangu Zola (Office Administrator)

Ngangu Zola serves as the Office Administrator at FAITH Language Services. He is originally from the Democratic Republic of Congo and relocated to the United States in 2001.

Ngangu holds a master’s degree in Sociology from the University of Ouagadougou and is fluent in Lingala, Kikongo, Swahili, French, and English. With over thirty years of experience in humanitarian work, particularly in refugee management, he has contributed his skills to organizations such as Catholic Relief Services and the UNHCR.

At FAITH Language Services, Ngangu leverages his international experience and linguistic abilities to support clients and maintain efficient office operations in collaboration with the Financial Officer.

 

Farrah M. Patterson (Business Consultant)

Farrah Patterson is a seasoned technology consultant with 18 years of experience, including 14 years in cybersecurity. She excels in leading product strategy, managing project delivery, and providing solutions that enhance risk management and security for organizations.

Farrah’s background as an IT business analyst has enabled her to align technological innovations with business objectives. She holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, a Master of Science in Digital Forensics, and a Master of Science in Innovation.

At FAITH Language Services, Farrah drives strategic direction and operational efficiency, focusing on technological advancement and scalable operations. Her insights help the company remain at the forefront of innovation and streamline business practices.

Vania Sharp (Compliance Officer)

Vania Sharp is an accomplished professional with academic credentials in Community and Public Health from MTSU and an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Trevecca Nazarene University.

She has dedicated over a decade to the insurance sector, focusing on motor vehicle coverage, underwriting, and Medicare supplement auditing. Vania’s leadership and analytical strengths have driven improvements in compliance and operations throughout her career.

Her experience in healthcare and compliance is an asset to FAITH Language Services, ensuring that medical translations and interpretations adhere to all relevant healthcare laws and privacy standards.

Fadia Patterson (Communication Specialist)

Fadia Patterson is an award-winning communications expert and journalist with extensive experience in media relations, strategic storytelling, and community engagement.

Her career spans broadcast, print, and digital media, where she has consistently amplified diverse voices and fostered meaningful connections between organizations and the communities they serve.

Fadia specializes in public relations, content development, and crisis communication, implementing strategic initiatives that enhance organizational visibility and support key objectives. Through her effective management of communication efforts, Fadia contributes to the ongoing success and reputation of the organizations she represents.
